Non Solo SCI: wellness a Livigno (SO)

Livigno, nota una località sciistica nelle Alpi italiane, vicino al confine con la Svizzera, è da sempre conosciuta per vacanze "active"...piste e discese per sci alpino e sci nordico, ciaspole in freeride, fat bike, escursioni al Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio e shopping fra i numerosi negozi duty free di Livigno.

E' stato da poco però riaperto Aquagranda Wellness Park, un’oasi di benessere di oltre 20.000 mq coperti in cui le diverse  aree (slide&fun, fitness, wellness, beauty) sono collegate tra loro da un tunnel vetrato panoramico e dove rigenerarsi dopo una giornata sugli sci.

Nell'area wellness&relax completamente rinnovata è possibile scegliere fra piscina con lettini idromassaggio e getti d'acqua o quella rilassante con piscina di acqua salata, mentre nell'area sauna si trova bagno turco, bio sauna, sauna finlandese con vasca di reazione, e percorso Kneipp.

All’interno dell’area con le varie vasche, il wellness bar e le 3 sale relax è obbligatorio l’uso del costume, mentre nell’area saune e bagni di vapore è vietato l’uso del costume (in reception è possibile ricevere gratuitamente uno dei costumi di carta idonei alle saune). 
Ogni giorno all’interno dell’area si svolgeranno rituali “Aufguss” con il maestro di sauna.

L'area Wellness&Relax è aperta tutti i giorni dalle ore 12:00 alle ore 22:00, il mercoledì rimane aperta fino alle 24.

AQUAGRANDA WELLNESS PARK 

Livigno, known as a ski resort in the Italian Alps, near Switzerland, has always been known for "active" holidays ... slopes and descents for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoes in freeride, fat bikes, excursions to the National Park of the Stelvio and shopping in the numerous duty free shops in Livigno.

However for "slow" holidays you can enjoy Aquagranda Wellness Park, a well-being oasis of over 20,000 square meters with different areas (slide&fun, fitness, wellness, beauty) connected by a panoramic glass tunnel and where everybody can relax after a day on skis.

In the Wellness&Relax area, completely renovated, you can ejoy the indoor pool with water jet and massage beds, one salt water pool, the wellness bar and relax areas. In the Sauna area there are one steam bath, bio-sauna, finnish sauna 90° with cold pool and Kneipp way.

Within the area with various baths and 3 relaxation rooms it’s mandatory to wear a swimsuit, while within the area with saunas and steam baths has banned the use of synthetic swimsuit (but you can creceive one paper swimsuit suitable for saunas uses at the reception). Every day will be heald within the special “Aufguss” rituals with the sauna master.

The Wellness & Relax area with swimming pool, sauna area and Turkish bath is open every day from 12:00 to 22:00, on Wednesdays is open until 24:00.
